Comfy Dog Backpack has 30-day return policy.Request for return must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and original packaging. Please include your packing slip or email confirmation with order number for proof of purchase.

DAMAGES and ORDER DISCREPANCIES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address the issue and make it right. REFUND TIMEFRAME
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
